Phishing Part 2 -Let’s talk about invoices purported to come from QuickBooks.

This new (to me) scam came to my inbox a few weeks ago. I think it could be the most damaging of all so I have put it first in my series of phishing scams. The Payroll Diversion Scam.

TSheets is a timekeeping solution that can feed directly to QuickBooks Online. In QuickBooks, I can use time entered to create invoices for my clients or run payroll for employees based on their hours worked.

My husband, an Agile Coach Extraordinaire, is always talking about having a Kanban board to keep track of all the stuff I need to do, for work, for home, for play. It puts my prioritized To-Do list in a visual format, so I can see what is coming, what is due, what I am working on now, and what is done. I thought it would be a consolidated solution for my many paper To-Do lists that were lost or buried on my desk. KanbanFlow is a great tool for this!

Unlike a lot of folks, with the coronavirus stay-at-home directive, I find myself really enjoying my days. Old habits in new ways. New habits to build on.
