General Bookkeeping
Setup and manage bank data feeds for transaction entry into QuickBooks Online. Manual data entry for non-connected accounts. Monthly statement reconciliation with bank and other accounts. Keep books up to date on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis. Monthly basic reporting - Profit and Loss Statement and Balance Sheet. Work with your tax accountant to provide the information they need.
HR Lite and Payroll
Setup and manage employee data, including new employee forms. Setup and run employee payroll using QuickBooks Online Payroll, on weekly or semi-monthly basis. Setup timekeeping software to track your employee’s time for payroll or customer billing. Submit federal and state payroll taxes and forms as required. Produce annual W-2 forms for employees.
Catch Me Up
“Catch me up” service meets you where you are, no matter how far behind. It is a judgment-free zone! Manual and automated receipt entry, overdue monthly reconciliation, or any other work to get your books in great shape. Once we get you there, we can establish processes to make sure they stay that way!
Software Setup
QuickBooks Online is a cloud-based software that helps keep your business data secure and easily accessible. We can help you select the appropriate software level, app extensions, and Chart of Accounts based on your business needs. If you already have software you like, we will get it working at its best for your situation.
Data Conversion
Have a desktop version of QuickBooks that you would like to move to QuickBooks Online? We can manage that process for you, and provide basic training on your new software.
